Check-In Information

Check-in will be at the locations listed below from 4:00pm till 9:30pm. A Dickson Productions representative will be present at each location to issue your lift tickets, ski rental voucher, ski week wristband and schedule of events. Each person must present a photo I.D. when registering. DO NOT unload your luggage until you have received your room key. Each room must provide a credit card to activate the phone and for room charges.

Ski & Snowboard Rentals will be issued the evening of check-in or the following morning, whichever is more convenient for you. You will receive a Rental Voucher at check-in, which will inform you at which rental location to pick up your ski equipment. All locations are next to the mountain and have "overstaffed" for quick service.

Snowboarders- Please Note:
When checking out your snowboard equipment in Steamboat you must provide a credit card authorization for $300.00 from the cardholder/authorized signer or a $300.00 cash deposit for equipment return guarantee.

Special Rental Hours for Dickson Productions:
January 4th, 8am-9pm. Rentals are for consecutive days only and must be returned on the last day of rentals. During Happy Hours, overnight, etc., don't leave skis and boards unlocked or unattended.

Bus Information will be sent to all those who purchase bus transportation. If you have not received any information two weeks prior to departure, please contact Dickson Productions.

Drive-Ups:
CHECK-INS ARE NO EARLIER THAN 5 pm. YOUR ROOM WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BEFORE 5pm. Keep all luggage in car until your room keys are issued.

Event Calendar, Dickson Productions Discounts and map of where concerts are etc. will be given to you at check-in.

Damage and Damage Deposit Refunds: Within one hour of check-in to your room, report any item that is broken or out of order...you may be held responsible for past tenants' damages. Each unit will be checked prior to your departure and damage settlements made before you check out. You and your roommates must pay all phone and miscellaneous charges before departing or RISK LOSING ENTIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Without complications, your damage deposit will be refunded within 90 days. Dickson Productions must have your signature on any credit card receipts and the Terms And Conditions Form in order to return your damage deposit. Clean-up charges may apply where applicable.

Check-out: Check out of room by 10am. Be sure to clean room, place trash in trash cans and run the dishwasher.

Lift Tickets: Your Dickson Productions package includes 4 full-day lift tickets. They are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and there will be a charge if lost or stolen. Lift tickets are like cash; there is no refund. New tickets may be purchased at the Steamboat Ticket Office. If you’re not arriving on Jan. 4th, and you didn't pick-up your lift tickets at your check in site, your lift tickets will be available at the Steamboat Group Lift Ticket Office under the room leader’s name. Group lift ticket office is located next to the lift ticket "windows" at the mountain base in Gondola square.

Wristbands are issued at check-in and must be worn the entire week. This is your ticket to all exclusive DP activities, discounts, and concerts by Dickson Productions. For Steamboat Musicfest and Party in the Rockies, replacement of lost wristband will cost $75 or $225 respectively. If broken, the charge is $5.

Ski Lessons: If you have never skied before, take advantage of the "First Time, Never Ever" lesson program. Simply take your lift ticket with the coupon from the Steamboat Savings Booklet (available for free at check-in) to the main office of the Ski School across from Gondola. This is a $71 value full-day lesson for $20. Snowboard lessons $10. Advanced lessons may also be purchased at the Ski School.

Roommate Changes: If you need to switch rooms and all parties agree, do so on your own, but please inform us or the accommodations front desk.
